Hardneck, purple stripe
 
A very large bulb that contains 9-10 nicely colored, easy-to-peel cloves. Especially good for baking because it holds its shape and keeps its delightful aroma.  We like it best in spaghetti! Originated in the country of Georgia.  Stores 4-6 months in cool, well ventilated, dry conditions.
